WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support our Distribution customers in collaboration with our sales team and with our factories, including supervision of lead times, preparation of offers, price quotations and sales forecast
- Act as window person towards our customers, manage customer relationships and identify key decision-makers
- Monitor market development and conduct regular review meetings with our customers
- Work closely with other internal stakeholders (e.g., purchasing, sales, product management, order management, legal etc.)
- Handle the operational sales process (price quotes, purchase orders, deliveries) in cooperation with the sales/order management teams
- Follow up accounts receivables in close collaboration with finance as well as prepare and monitor internal KPIs (e.g. stock, collection ratio, sales, expense, forecast preparation etc.)
- Coordinate quality claims and complaint management (e.g., price clarification, supplier evaluation etc.)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Successfully graduated commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Experience within a similar function for a distributor or manufacturer is of advantage
- Safe command of MS-Office, especially Excel
- SAP experience of advantage
- Well organized and independent working style, team orientation and passion for sales
- Fluent in English, fluent in German
