PLC FP0R: new standard for compact PLCs
Ultracompact with enhanced functionality
Due to its extremely compact design, the FP0R is particularly suited for small switching cabinets and other locations with limited space. Up to four axes can be positioned without an expansion unit, and the USB TOOL port ensures simple and fast transfer of programs. The FP0R convinces in demanding environments such as labeling applications.

FP0R - same ultra compact size as FP0
The FP0R control unit has the same dimensions as the FP0: W25 x H90 x D60mm. You can connect up to 3 FP0 expansion units to the FP0R, yielding up to 128 I/O points at a total width of just 100mm!
FP0R- fully compatible with FP0 units
FP0R control units are the same size and color, and have the same pin assignment and wiring as the FP0 control units. The FP0R can use existing FP0 programs without needing to change them, making replacement as simple as “plug and play”. Of course, the FP0R can use all FP0 expansion units.

An ultra high speed of 0.08µs/step for basic instructions for the first 3000 steps and 0.58µs/step thereafter. The FP0R is ideal for positioning and process automation applications, e.g. in labeling machines. - Large programming capacity of 16k or 32k steps

Multiple floating point calculation, accurate PID and auto-tuning can be performed with great efficiency.
RTD input unit
The new module determines temperatures with extreme precision and is easy to use. The temperature data obtained using the RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) is converted to the digital value to be read by the CPU.
- The module can be easily installed in an existing system.
- Multiple RTD types are allowed in one module, yielding a cost-effective solution.
- The temperature data measured can be converted to either degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit inside the FP0 RTD unit.
- A broken RTD can be detected.
