POSCAP
POSCAP - conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitors
POSCAP utilizes sintered tantalum as the anode and a highly conductive polymer - uniquly created by Panasonic - as the cathode. This enables POSCAP capacitors to be thin, small and at the same time have low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) and superior high frequency characteristics.
These features make POSCAP devices one of the best candidates for digital/high frequency applications. POSCAP capacitors also feature high reliability and good heat resistance.
