Manganese rechargeable lithium coin batteries (ML series)
ML series - super compact rechargeable lithium batteries
These super compact rechargeable lithium batteries feature a manganese compound oxide as the positive electrode, a lithium/aluminum alloy as the negative electrode and a special, non-aqueous solvent as the electrolyte. They can easily be incorporated into space-saving circuits where 3V ICs are used. Our batteries are ideal for applications such as tracking & RFID, pagers, memory back-up for mobiles phones etc.
Features
- Self-discharge rate at 20°C is only 2.0% per year
- 1,000 charge-discharge cycles at 10% depth of discharge (DoD)
- Superior long-term reliability
- 23+ years of experience in production
How to read the model numbers used for lithium batteries
As a general rule, the model number contains two capital letters and one or more digits as shown in the example, (variations can be expected). This numbering system is supported by the Japan International Standard Committee of Clocks and Watches and is an established practice in Japan.
ML - 1220
M- manganese lithium battery
L- round
12- battery diameter (in mm)
20- divide this by 10 to obtain the battery height (in mm)
