Low voltage is increasingly used in systems where user safety is particularly critical. Typical application examples are all areas in where there is no AC or three-phase current network available, but the motor runs purely on battery voltage. This applies for example to automated guided vehicles in warehouses, but also in medical technology or in laboratory automation.
