Nickel-Metal Hydride button top type batteries

This button type battery range is compatible with dry batteries such as alkaline types and can be used up to 1,800 times based on IEC standards. The batteries also provide a high capacity level and a low self-discharge. Last but not least, they can power applications which require superior low temperature characteristics. Our batteries are ideal for applications such as shavers, remote controls, toothbrushes etc.

How to read the model numbers used for Ni-MH batteries

As a general rule, the model number contains two capital letters and four digits as shown in the example (variations may be encoiuntered). This numbering system is supported by the Japan International Standard Committee of Clocks and Watches and is an established practice in Japan.

BK - 80AAAB

BK - Nickel Metal Hydride battery
80- multiply this number by 10 to obtain the rated capacity (some exceptions)
AAA - diameter: AAA, AA
B - cap shape: button top type
