Our team of consultants, application engineers and technical support will be available from the very start. Working together with the customer, we unerringly determine which type of laser marking is appropriate. Panasonic is not only responsible for technical innovations, but for integrating them into existing concepts. Impressive results are achieved on the strength of conscientious project consulting.

You can utilize Panasonic’s laser welding systems as manual manufacturing workplaces or implement them into your production line. During the installation, we pay particular attention to the existing facilities and conditions in the production environment of our customers. The specially trained employees at the Panasonic Service Center take care of installing the systems to ensure a smooth, reliable commissioning process.

Training

Our experts make sure that the full range of possibilities offered by a Laser Welding System are understood and harnessed at your facility. The course can take place according to your wishes, either on site in your company or in the Panasonic laser laboratory. Your employees will get an intensive training and will learn all functions and required parameters for a trouble-free and autonomous handling of the system. The training of our experts focuses on detailed process flows during welding, on running operations, maintenance and on the software usage for the laser welding systems.

Maintenance

Every sold laser welding system establishes a long-term and valuable relationship between you and Panasonic. On request, our Service Center undertakes all maintenance work and other services for your laser welding system. This way, a continuous and smooth operation of your laser welding systems can be guaranteed in advance and unplanned machine downtimes are prevented. Select you individual service package depending on your requirements and have better control of your running costs.

If your Laser Welding System fails, we prepare a cost estimate/error log (subject to a charge). Based on that report we identify the most economic way for the necessary repair of the device.

When claims come up, i. e. due to technical failure, faulty shipping, deviations in delivered quantities or transport damages, please contact our service team directly to enable a quick processing. In this case, please use this return form.
