GT12 touch terminal
Overview
The GT12 series provides a clear and beautiful LCD display with a half QVGA resolution of 320 x 120 pixels and includes 8 different models. The first SD memory card slot in the four-inch class allows for easy screen data transfer. A variety of other needs from manufacturing sites were also covered, including the connector location for efficient wiring, improved environmental resistance rated IP67, and newly designed bracket for more secure fastening. You can choose models with RS232C or RS422/485 interface, and the silver colored or black housing.
3 background colors
The bright and easy-to-read LCD displays messages, graphics, switches, lamps, PLC data, graphs, clocks, etc. in any layout you choose. In addition, you can select from two different models with three backlight colors, which allows you to identify the machine status at a glance: GT12G1 (green, red, orange) and GT12M1 (white, red, pink).
Mini USB interface and SD memory card
This model is equipped with a mini USB interface for fast data transfer without a dedicated cable. The use of SD memory cards makes copying screen data between GT12 terminals easy. You can also store firmware on the SD memory card. The GT12 series supports SD memory cards with a maximum of 16 GB.
Multi-language function
Using the multi-language function, you can easily translate all texts in the application to other languages. The multi-language exchange string list for switching the language display can be edited in Excel and imported. A maximum of 16 languages can be created for an application.
Through-function
Communication can be set to take place automatically between the COM and TOOL ports using the “through-function”. When the FP series tool software installed on the computer connected to the GT series as shown below is booted, PLC programs can be edited via the GT panel. The through-function does not require any special settings and is always in standby mode.
Multi connection
As a new feature, one GT12 unit can be connected to multiple PLC units. In combination with the GT link function, a centralized monitoring or remote function operation of multiple machines is possible from one location.
