Smart

Smart cover design and more compact body

The sensor body is very compact and fits in even small installation spaces. What is more, the new design uses a different type of cover, which requires less space for opening and closing.

Interference prevention function

Up to 4 sensors can be mounted side by side. To prevent mutual interference, you can set a different light emission frequency for each sensor.

Easy to use

Improved dual digital display

The improved display is very easy to read thanks to the high contrast and the sharp contours of numbers and letters. The dual display shows both the threshold value and the current incident light intensity. 

The display is able to display characters just like printed text, so the names of setting options are much easier to understand. 

 

Smart limit teaching

Limit teaching can be done with two pushes of a button even if the emitted light is so strong it causes incident light saturation. No need to adjust the amount of light emitted before teaching.

Eco-friendly

3 ECO mode settings available

By default, the digital display dims when no button is pressed for about 20 seconds. It is possible to completely switch off either the digital display or both the digital display and the output indicator when no button is pressed for about 2 minutes.

 

Stable light emission thanks to auto power control (APC) and four-element LED

The built-in APC circuit stabilizes the light emission, which tends to fluctuate for a short time when the power is switched on or when there are sudden changes in temperature. In addition, the LED has four instead of the conventional three light-emitting elements, which ensures stable light emission even over long periods of time.

Order guide

Please note that when you are planning to mount amplifiers in cascade, you need to order end plates separately. They are not supplied with the amplifier.
