“EU Data Act” is an EU regulation which provides that fair access to data and use data between companies(BtoB) and between companies and consumers(BtoC) and will effective since 12 Sep 2025. The purpose of EU Data Act is to distribute fairly interoperable data that is expected to enhance competitiveness and innovation and lead to sustainable economic growth. In accordance with this regulation, the generated data of Panasonic products are disclosed to customers fairly.
