GU series for general use

GU series is the all-rounder in the PhotoMOS® line-up. The galvanic isolated MOSFET relays are available in five contact configurations 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 1a1b and cover a load capability from 1.6A @40V to 50mA @ 600V. Current limiting, short circuit protection, and voltage sensitive types are available as well as high I/O isolation types up to 5,000Vrms.
