2. Purpose of processing and publication

Personal contact data (email address, first name, surname) will be processed for the purpose of executing the customer satisfaction survey by Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd., Japan.

3. Legal basis

The processing of contact information (see 4. and 5.) is based on your express consent and respectively the person entitled to custody, thus in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. (a) of GDPR.

There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide the contact information.

4. Recipient

The contact data will be shared internally by Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH and Panasonic Industry Co. Ltd, Japan.

5. Duration of the storage

The personal contact data will be stored for the purpose of the customer satisfaction survey and erased upon the finalization of the survey, subject to revocation of consent.

6. Right of revocation

With effect for the future, the consent to the processing contact information can be revoked at any time by email (see contact email address above).

The revocation does not affect the legitimacy of the previous consented data processing. The exercise of the right of revocation leads to the immediate removal of the contact data.

7. Data subject rights

Pursuant to GDPR, you are entitled to the following rights:

a.       If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored. (Art. 15 GDPR)

b.       If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).

c.        If the legal requirements are met, you may request the erasure or restriction of processing as well as object to the processing (Art. 17, 18, 21 GDPR)

d.        If you have consented to data processing, you may have the right to data portability. (Art. 20 GDPR)

If you exercise the aforementioned rights, the Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH Legal department will check whether the legal requirements are met. Furthermore, you may have the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority:
