This role takes care of all HR matters for our Italian office and is located in Bussolengo.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Consult the local Managing Director as local HR Business Partner, act as contact person for European HR organization as wel as local staff/expatriates and ensure the compliance of all HR company regulations and agreements, taking into account the local regulations and manage all labor law issues
  • Monitor and coordinate all HR related processes like recruiting, onboarding, offboarding etc. and all HR administrative topics like time management, holiday booking, certificates etc.
  • Oversee payroll with external payroll service provider, take care of HR taxes, HR insurances and create financial HR reports to the HQ
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Service Team for administrative HR matters and with the international HR Business Partners from Headquarter as well as mediate and resolve employee conflicts in cooperation with local Line Managers
  • Contribute proactively in HR related projects and change management processes like re- organizations, consultations, redundancy programs etc.
  • Take care of people development and management of local staff in collaboration with Office Head

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor Degree or comparable education in Business Administration or HR
  • Some years of work experience in a comparable role in an international company
  • Know-how in Italian labour law and local HR related circumstances as well as experience in preparing Payroll for an external provider to carry it out
  • Experience in IT tools such as MS-Teams, MS-Office and SAP Success Factors
  • Native speaker level of Italian, very good English skills
  • Willingness to travel very occasionally (1-2 times per year)
  • An outgoing and proactive personality and good "people skills"
