(Senior) Finance Controller (m/f/d)

• Report monthly to our headquarter in Japan regarding actual, forecast and business plan
• Perform controlling and "as-is" analysis of the business units vs. business plan and forecast
• Business consultation, cost and ad-hoc financial analysis for department heads and our CFO
• Support and challenge sales, marketing and administration teams with financial aspects and KPI follow-ups of current business
• Prepare and maintain cost and profitability analysis
• Active participation in cross departmental projects
• Support in continuous improvement of processes in the areas of reporting, planning and forecast

• Academic degree in Business Administration (preferably with a major in Finance/Controlling)
• Ideally 2+ years of work experience in a similar position
• Profound MS-Office knowledge, especially in Excel
• Experience in SAP (S4 HANA) preferable
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Structured and independent working style, self-motivation, and commitment
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
