Panasonic GXM System Impresses at the First Raymon Tec Days Dealer Training Session
As part of the Raymon Tec Days, the first of a total of nine planned dealer training sessions on the Panasonic GXM system took place today. During a presentation lasting about 1.5 hours, participating specialty dealers received a comprehensive overview of the features and benefits of the GXM system, as well as the service and maintenance options for the motor and Greenway battery.
The dealers showed particular interest in GXM Auto Mode, the system’s performance, and the wide range of possibilities offered by the Panasonic GXM platform. It became clear that, in addition to pure motor performance, the intelligent software and ease of use play a particularly important role for both dealers and end customers.
The Panasonic Maintenance System received particularly positive feedback. Dealers especially praised its well-organized structure, intuitive operation, and clear functions. The system enables a simple and transparent service process, thereby precisely meeting the requirements dealers have for a modern maintenance and diagnostic system.
Critical questions regarding Panasonic were also openly addressed and answered in detail during the training session.
The open discussion was well received by the participants. At the end of the training, the dealers expressed great satisfaction with the answers and the information provided.

It is precisely this combination of high-performance technology and a simple, easy-to-understand service concept that is crucial for specialty retailers,” he concluded after the first training session.
The upcoming eight dealer training sessions will offer additional Raymon dealers the opportunity to learn about the Panasonic GXM system and its service, diagnostics, and maintenance concepts in detail.
The kickoff at the Raymon Tec Days thus clearly demonstrates that the Panasonic GXM is generating significant interest among specialty retailers, not only in terms of drive technology but also when it comes to service.
