Discontinued products: Panasonic provides thermally sensitive resistors in 0402, 0603 and 0805 case sizes. Devices are suitable for all kind of temperature correction circuitry.

Features

Customers can choose from a wide range of temperature coefficient values from 1500 to 3900 x10–6/°C. These devices provide a quick response to temperature changes and feature excellent linear resistance stability within a wide temperature range (–40°C to +125°C).
