HE series: Advanced PhotoMOS® relays for high voltage industrial applications

Medium power capability for use in industrial applications; wide range of 1 Form A, 1 Form B, 2 Form A and 1 Form A 1 Form B types.

The HE series features greatly improved specifications for example for use in place of mercury and electromechanical relays with a load voltage up to 1,500 V and load current up to 3.5A. These PhotoMOS® relays also offer stable on-resistance throughout the full lifetime and have a MOSFET output. With low control current and low leakage current, the relays also produce no switching noise.  

Unlike electromechanical relays, the PhotoMOS® relays are not affected by vibration, which makes them suitable for versatile industrial applications.
