• Drive business development in Italy: identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities and new markets
• Act as product expert for passive components
• Enable and support distributor FAEs and sales teams through joint visits, technical consulting, and local commercial support
• Deliver technical product trainings to distributors and FAE community, highlighting technological trends and USPs of push products
• Coordinate and manage design-in activities at end customers in partnership with distributors, ensure project follow-up and conversion
• Understand customer requirements (commercial and technical), nurture relationships, and provide solution-oriented advice
• Maintain and establish long-term relationships with distributors and end customers while ensuring open communication with internal stakeholders
• Monitor competitors and perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Success is measured by demand creation, project generation, and POS growth in the region

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-driven role or engineering position with customer interaction
• Strong technical knowledge (ideally for passive components) and enthusiasm for technology
• Solid commercial understanding and ability to combine technical depth with business
• Solution-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and accountable working style
• Excellent networking and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel (approx. 40%), valid driving license required
