• Develop regional Sales strategy aligned with HQ and European guidelines
• Coordinate sales funnel management for all regional sales projects using Salesforce, ensuring compliance with European standards
• Own regional business planning including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned region (annual sales volume: 5–15 million EUR)
• Represent our IDBD/SySo division (focused on factory automation products) in the regional market, acting as the primary external and internal ambassador
• Lead the regional team both functionally and disciplinarily, including:
  • Setting targets and KPIs
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating employees
  • Fostering a positive, accountable working environment
  • Defining and optimizing responsibilities and processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Factory Automation, or a related technical field
• Several years in a sales role within industrial automation or related sectors
• Proven business acumen and documented management experience
• Strong understanding of  application- and solution‑based sales in a technical environment
• Polish (native or business fluent), English (business fluent)
• ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)
