As per european salary transparency guidelines, the total annual remuneration of this position will lie between €45.000 and €50.000. The final salary within this range will be determined based on a candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy, and responsibilities associated with the role.

• Responsible for specific customers and areas in Italy and European market
• Drive business development in HVAC-R market for Panasonic devices
• Promote advanced solutions: Compressors, Fan Motors, Pumps
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities by prospecting activities
• Contribute to sales strategy and present results to management
• Attend local and international workshops

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B Sales
• Technical mindset, with application orientation, in a commercial understanding
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented with a strong Team spirit
• Mother tongue level of Italian, Fluent in English
• Based in western Lombardia, preferrably Milan area, and open to travel 

• Work in an international corporate environment
