• Supporting the team in daily activities
• Scheduling and preparing meetings
• Event and travel management (e.g., assisting in organizing conferences, business trips and internal events)
• Supporting sales data analysis and updating databases
• Support preparing presentations, statistics, and reports

• Successfully graduated apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• First professional experience of advantage
• Safe command of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce knowledge of advantage
• Independent and proactive working style
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Problem solving ability and motivation to work in an international environment
• Fluent in English, German and/or Japanese is a plus
