Order & Demand Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

• You are in charge of processing and managing orders and scheduling agreements in SAP (SD&MM)
• You are responsible for Demand Planning (SAP MM/PP) und consignment Stock (CMI/VMI) by observing relevant KPIs
• You analyze and interpret FCST figures and orders from Customers as basis for sales managers and sales departments for negotiations with customers and factories
• You secure a smooth supply chain flow by incident detection and solution findings and/or initiate escalation process.
• You keep track on open and unconfirmed orders and overdue dispatches
• You ensure the maintenance of order processing relevant Master Data and MRP relevant parameter
• You are proactively engaged with (inter)national customers, factories, European sales managers and internal departments, particularly during deadline driven processes
• You handle return deliveries as well as the creation of credit and debit notes

• You have successfully completed a commercial education or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• You have gained first experience in a comparable position, preferably within an international environment
• You are business fluent in German (min. C1) and very good in English
• You have a good operational SAP knowledge of the SD & MM Module
• Profound MS-Office experience is very important for this position, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong ability to work precisely, autonomous working style even under pressure
• Team spirit and proactive attitude that helps your solve problems independently
