(Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d) Custom Automotive Capacitors

• Improve our product offering while coordinating development for e-mobility platforms with our Tier 1 customers and our factories worldwide (e.g. requirement and portfolio management, customer and market insights and analysis, product and pricing strategy)
• Lead global factories to be competitive in terms of quality, cost, delivery, service and technology
• Project planning including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables etc.
• Track and monitor project execution to make sure the customer requirements are met
• Coordinate meetings and communication between customers and project team
• Inform customers and management about project status, schedule and key issues on regular basis

• Academic degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Good technical understanding of power electronics and capacitors
• 2-5 years of experience in product management, project management or similar position
• Work experience in the automotive industry preferable
• Positive work attitude, commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to work independently in a structured manner in an international business environment
• High level of ownership and leadership towards customers/projects
• Fluent in English, conversational in German
• Willingness to travel
• Driver’s license required
