• Analyze and release revised planning data to support operational production capacity planning
• Organize conferences with global stakeholders (factories, global marketing), including detailed explanations of planning
• Validate, review, and prepare monthly sales forecasts in close collaboration with global sales units, ensuring alignment with production capacity planning
• Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify inconsistencies between forecasts and sales orders, and provide clear, actionable insights
• Conduct cost controlling and target/actual comparisons along the supply chain, including preparation of reports, deviation analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations for management
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives, including implementation of planning tools and visualization dashboards to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product management, finance, logistics, and global factories to harmonize data sources, improve planning accuracy, and support strategic projects

• Academic degree in business administration, controlling, supply chain management or comparable qualification
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, controlling, variance analysis, supply chain processes, data analytics, reporting, process optimization, and automation
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of SQL or cloud databases (e.g. Azure)
• SAP knowledge is of advantage (SD, MM, PP, APO or IBP)
• Proficiency in German and English
