Comprehensive knowledge and application insights on contemporary relay technology

Event Anwenderforum Relaistechnik body

Last call for this year’s get together of relay experts: On October 25 and 26, 2021, Elektronik Praxis invites you to the Anwenderforum Relaistechnik at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg/Germany.

Four basic seminars and twelve presentations on the topic, by a total of 18 speakers from a wide field of industry and research will provide a comprehensive overview on modern relay technology and insights into application practices that offer real-life value beyond data sheet knowledge. Being a pacemaker in the relay industry (and a prominent partner of the event) Panasonic Industry will also be represented with three speakers and topics:

Newbies, career changers and everybody else interested in consolidating their basic knowledge on relays should pencil in the basic seminar by Christoph Oehler (together with Jürgen Steinhäuser from Elesta GmbH). In two blocks on Monday, October 25th, from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. and from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m., the seminar will focus on the characteristics, specs, and usage conditions of elementary relays.

At 3:00 p.m. on the same day, Dr. Dieter Volm will speak about solid-state relays - a proven and progressive switching technology - and efficient alternative to conventional products. Learn about what needs to be known and considered for their practical use.

On October 26th at 9:40 a.m., Claudiu Ciobotaru will focus on next-gen energy generation and storage systems, respectively industrial DC grids. He will spotlight a solution-oriented manner which high power switching components can meet these challenges most reliably.

In addition, during those two days many other best-practice examples will be highlighted in relation to a vast field of many application areas - from rail transport to building automation.

Don’t miss this comprehensive picture of contemporary switching solutions in machines, devices, systems, or process controls.
