• Responsibility for a distribution account in Europe
• Direct negotiations and sales promotion at key customers for passive and wireless connectivity products
• Create, implement, and execute business expansion and marketing sales strategy for chosen distribution account
• Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding and create win-win partnerships
• Establish and maintain a network across all hierarchical levels between Panasonic and customers
• Report defined KPIs on a regular basis

• Academic degree in business or comparable qualification
• First experience in a sales driven position, preferably within distribution
• Commercial understanding, know-how of passive components desirable
• Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
• Excellent networking and presentation skills, self-driven and proactive
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel (up to 40% of your time)
• Driver’s license required
