• Regular controlling of the inventory, purchasing plan, inbound- and outbound cost and other fixed KPI's
• Creation of the whole internal and external Corporate Operations reporting (PSI Report/Presentation, Logistic cost, Report to the top Management)
• Creation of monthly inventory Forecasts (regular communication to Japanese headquarters)
• Analysis of all relevant controlling data for Corporate Operations
• Definition of inventory targets and purchasing plan with the relevant Corporate Operation department
• Yearly planning for the Corporate Operation Division
• Support of the Corporate Operation Top Management in special projects and strategic activities

• You have a university degree or a commercial education in the field of economics, accounting or similar
• You bring some relevant experience (preferably 3-5 years) in a similar position and bring some knowledge of supply chain processes
• You are business fluent in English and able to communicate well in German (at least level B1 required)
• You work independently, have strong analytical skills and like to work with numbers
• You are a strong communicator and are able to work with different hierarchy levels, cultures and personalities
• You are used to work with MS Office, especially Excel. Other software knowledge and IT-affinity is a plus
