Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - West Germany

• Business development of passive components in the region of West Germany
• Create new business opportunities, visit recommended end customers, and give feedback on required products
• Handle existing customer base and develop strong business relationships through extensive field visits
• Demand creation and project generation
• Design-in activities, end customer approach

• Technical degree in electrical engineering or related field of studies
• 3 years of experience in a field application engineer/sale driven position desirable
• Knowledge and understanding of electronic passive components
• Strong technical mindset with commercial understanding and customer orientation (70% technical/30% commercial)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and proactive
• Fluent in German, fluent in English
• Willingness to travel within West Germany (40 - 50%)
