WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Technical consulting for our customers and selling our products (electromechanical components like switches and relays) to defined accounts in the Nordic region
- Focus on sales target achievement for the defined accounts
- Technical and commercial support as well as negotiations with customers
- Definition and implementation of effective sales tactics to grow business and development of new direct accounts
- Management of activities in the sales region and tracking of actual sales vs. plan to achieve sales and performance targets
- Follow up on sales leads and quotes, follow and support requests from the field
- Assure service quality
- Customer visits, create quotes in cooperation with sales support / product management in the HQ in Germany
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales driven position (preferably B2B sales in an international environment)
- Strong technical understanding of electromechanical components with commercial mindset and customer orientation
- Ability to work independently, proactive approach as well as very good negotiation skills
- Good command of MS-office and ERP software
- Fluent in Swedish and English, other Nordic language welcome
- Willingness to travel (location of the employee is flexible within Scandinavia)
