  • Technical consulting for our customers and sell our solutions to defined accounts in the Nordic sales region
  • Focus on sales targets achievement for the defined accounts
  • Technical and commercial support as well as negotiation with the customer
  • Definition and implementation of effective sales tactics to grow business and development of new direct accounts
  • Management of activities in the sales territory and regularly tracking of actual sales vs plan to achieve sales and performance targets
  • Follow up on sales leads, quotes, follow and support requests from the field
  • Assure service quality
  • Customer visits, create quotes in cooperation on a daily basis with the Sales Support / Product Management Team in the HQ in Germany


  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Engineering
  • Ability to work independently, proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, very good negotiation skills, service orientation
  • Strong technical understanding of electro-mechanical technologies
  • Excellent communications skills in a local language as well as in English
  • Experience in selling components and project management in an industrial and international environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good command of MS-Office and ERP software
  • Location of the new person is flexible within Scandinavia
