• Scheduling, preparing and following up on meetings
• Travel management (e.g., hotel, car, and flight booking, expense management)
• Extracting Salesforce data and updating databases
• Preparation and analysis of data (e.g., sales, profit and loss, costs)
• Support preparing presentations, statistics, and reports
• Supporting the team in daily activities (e.g., order office material)

• Successfully graduated apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Safe command of MS-Office
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge of advantage
• Understanding of business and sales processes
• Good communication, presentation and organization skills
• Problem solving ability and motivation to learn
• Fluent in English and German, Japanese is a plus
• Drivers license required
