Lithium coin type batteries (BR series)
Stable performance at higher temperature conditions
Panasonic's BR series Lithium coin type batteries feature a low self-discharge rate at 20°C of just 1.0% per year, a wide operating temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, and a superior long-term reliability. Moreover, Panasonic has many years' experience in the production of these devices. Our batteries are ideal for tracking and RFID, memory back-up, real time clock (RTC), meters and other applications.

How to read the model numbers used for Lithium batteries
As a general rule, the model number contains two capital letters and four digits as shown in the example, (exceptions do occur). This numbering system is supported by the Japan International Standard Committee of Clocks and Watches and is also an established practice in Japan.
BR - 2330
B - poly-carbon monofluride lithium battery
R - round
23 - battery diameter (in mm)
30 - divide this number by 10 to obtain the battery height (in mm)
