Due to its extremely compact design, the FP0R is particularly suited for small switching cabinets and other locations with limited space. Up to four axes can be positioned without an expansion unit, and the USB TOOL port ensures simple and fast transfer of programs. The FP0R convinces in demanding environments such as labeling applications.

FP0R - same ultra compact size as FP0
The FP0R control unit has the same dimensions as the FP0: W25 x H90 x D60mm. You can connect up to 3 FP0 expansion units to the FP0R, yielding up to 128 I/O points at a total width of just 100mm!
FP0R- fully compatible with FP0 units
FP0R control units are the same size and color, and have the same pin assignment and wiring as the FP0 control units. The FP0R can use existing FP0 programs without needing to change them, making replacement as simple as “plug and play”. Of course, the FP0R can use all FP0 expansion units.

Multiple floating point calculation, accurate PID and auto-tuning can be performed with great efficiency.
The new module determines temperatures with extreme precision and is easy to use. The temperature data obtained using the RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) is converted to the digital value to be read by the FP0/FPS control unit.
Available RTD types: Pt100 (to IEC751), Pt1000 (to IEC751), Ni1000 (to DIN43760)

The FP0 DSP2 can operate either as a DP slave module or as a remote I/O system to which different decentralized inputs and outputs can be connected. A DIP switch can be used to switch between the two modes:
In remote I/O mode, the unit can be connected to any PLC from any manufacturer that offers a PROFIBUS communication interface.
MEWNET-F is remote I/O system with reduced wiring that connects PLCs and I/O slave stations; via 2-core cabling. By adding an I/O link unit to the FP0, you can link a master station PLC and FP0 inputs and outputs via the network.
FP0 connects directly to the S-LINK for reduced wiring and simple installation. It can control up to 128 points for S-LINK-related devices. Similar to other FP0 units, up to three expansion units can be used for efficient I/O wiring.
This slave unit was developed for the open standard network CC-Link. By connecting this module to FP0R, FP0 or FP-X, data can be exchanged quickly between Panasonic PLCs and external devices, providing a vendor-independent data communication solution.
The FP0-RT8Y-6A unit provides reliable insulation between peripheral equipment and the PLC system, even for electrical loads up to 250VAC/6A. Standardized MIL connectors establish a direct connection to the FP0R or FP0 unit.
