|In the case of using an app for construction purposes, are we allowed to use the same app for setting up work at multiple houses?||Yes, you are. Since your construction app saves no setting information when it is used without logging in to the system, you will have no problem when using the same app for setting up work at multiple houses.|
|What should we do when CT cables are too short to connect equipment?||Use separate extension cables.
One extension cable MKG1540-DE (1m) is equivalent to one CT cable. So you need three extension cables when you intend to add the cable length equivalent to three CT cables.
|What should we do when we find no installation space except a DIN rail on the lowest part of the system?||Move a breaker and other equipment to create a space where the Power Measuring Unit can be placed.
If possible, set a separate switchboard.
|What should we do when power is displayed incorrectly in the following manner?
-“0 kW” is displayed constantly.
-The amount of power sold and the amount of power bought are displayed in reverse.
-Power created by the PV module is not displayed.
-The amount of discharge from the storage battery and the amount of charges stored in the storage battery are displayed in reverse.
-Differences between the readings on the power meter and actual power measurements are large.
-Differences between readings on the power controller and storage battery and actual power measurements are large.
|Check whether the CT cables are routed correctly.
Check the CT cables’ connections (connectors, clamps, etc.), setting locations, and directions.
|What should we do when wireless registration of the system fails?||Move the Smart Home Gateway to a location where your smart phone has a wireless link to the Gateway.|

-Weekly power consumption graph: weekly power consumption for the past 5 weeks
-Monthly power consumption graph: monthly power consumption for the past 12 months
-Yearly power consumption graph: yearly power consumption for the past 10 years
|In what way is CO2 emission calculated?||You need to set a CO2 emission rate (g/kwh) on the system app’s setting screen.
The setting screen in a default mode shows you an average CO2 emission rate in a target country as of 2017.
|How are electricity charges calculated?||You need to set electricity charges on the system app’s setting screen.
Referring to a detailed statement sent from the power company, enter the yearly basic charge and the pay-per-consumption charge.
|The current electricity fee plan charges me different electric fees in different time zones. Does the system handle such an electricity fee plan?||As of August 2020, it cannot handle such an electricity fee plan.
* We are discussing the possibility if a system with improved functions can handle that type of electricity fee plan.
|The energy screen does not display estimated values in the vertical section. Why does this happen?||Estimating the amount of power to be used requires analyzing data of at least 5 days. For this reason, you will see no estimated values on the screen until 5 days after you start using the system.|
|What algorithm is employed to simulate the effects of the PV power module and storage battery?||We use a Panasonic’s original algorithm that has been created based on our experience from development, sales, and maintenance of the PV power generation and storage battery systems.|
|What algorithm is employed to display a ventilation notice?||It is a Panasonic’s original algorithm that has been created based on our experience in the ventilation businesses.|

* If you have a display problem caused by another version of iOS, please contact our customer service counter.
|What messages does the message function send to your smart phone?||Your smart phone receives notices from Panasonic, reporting errors in equipment connection, and so forth.|
|Does the electricity charge displayed by this app match the electricity charge billed by the power company?||The amount of electricity used and the electricity charge the app displays on the screen are estimated figures. So, they may be different from the electricity bill sent from the power company.|
|How frequently is power data displayed by the system app updated?||It is updated at every hour.|
|How frequently is temperature/humidity data displayed by the system app updated?||Data from an indoor temperature/humidity sensor is updated at every 10 minutes, while data from an outdoor temperature/humidity sensor is updated at every 15 minutes.
Pressing the “refresh” button on the temperature/humidity sensor causes it display temperature/humidity data for the current point of time.
|I have a problem with establishing Wi-fi connection. *(This question is under review.)||Have you changed an SSID or password to a WLAN router? If so, go to “Menu”, to “Gateway”, and to “Network Settings”, where you can reset the router.|
|I see non-measured figures displayed on the instantaneous value screen. What do I do with that?||There is a possibility that past setting data has remained in the app. Log out from the app and then log in to the app again to check the screen.|
