Nickel Metal Hydride long life back-up batteries for infrastructure

These very tough Ni-MH batteries offer a very long service life when using intermittent charging at high ambient temperature conditions (≤75°C for certain types). Moreover, these batteries are ideal as a replacement for standard Ni-Cd batteries. They are recommended for use in applications such as emergency lighting, servers, elevators, automated teller machines (ATM), solar powered devices and as a back-up for base stations.

How to read the model numbers used for Ni-MH batteries

As a general rule, the model number contains two capital letters and four digits as shown in the example, (variations may be encountered). This numbering system is supported by the Japan International Standard Committee of Clocks and Watches and is an established practice in Japan.

1100 - multiply this number by 10 to obtain the rated capacity (some exceptions)
F- diameter: AAA, AA, F
U - high temperature & long-life type
